RAISING THE BAR IN E-LIQUID MANUFACTURE.

We are committed to manufacturing our e-liquid formulations to a high standard of quality and demonstrate this by a complete and robust quality management system which is part of our routine auditing and follows EudraLex – Volume 4 GMP Guideline and PIC/S. All the critical steps in our manufacturing process are carried out in an ISO7/Class C clean room.

All equipment used and the manufacturing procedure itself are pharma validated in order to ensure consistent quality.

All materials that are used are quality checked as they arrive at our warehouse. GCMS (Gas chromatography – mass spectrometry) is used by quality control to ensure the correct product has been manufactured in accordance with our in house standards.

The GCMS can also be used in conjunction with the Vaping Machine to measure emissions of nicotine, flavour molecule and impurity. It’s particularly important to have the right level of nicotine in the blend to ensure that consumers are vaping their desired strength of e-liquid.

FIREFOG® WILL OFFER FULL TRANSPARENCY THROUGHOUT THE SUPPLY CHAIN.

This means that each of our ingredients used is logged and given batch codes. Every blend that we make will be fully traceable right back to the supplier of the ingredient.

We record all this information and produce our product according to cGMP* guidelines : ‘a minimal standard to produce consumer good’ with an official quality certification.’

This means you can be confident that our ingredients and the way we process them in order to make our e-liquids meets at least the minimum safety requirements in order for them to be sold in the UK..

We use only the very best and we have all paperwork and accreditations to back this up.
